District 102 Families,
This year, our fall parent-teacher conferences will take place on Thursday, November 6th and Friday November 7th. In an effort to make conferences more available to all families, conferences will be in-person and virtual this year at the following times:
November 6th: 8:40 a.m. to 12:20 p.m. (Virtual)
November 6th: 1:20 p.m. to 4:20 p.m. (In-Person)
November 6th: 5:20 p.m. - 8:20 p.m. (In-Person)
November 7th: 8:40 a.m. to 12:20 p.m. (Virtual)
Conference time is a wonderful opportunity to speak directly with your child’s teacher, explore ways we can partner together to further your child’s growth and development, and generally to strengthen the bond between school and home.
THE WINDOW TO BEGIN SCHEDULING CONFERENCES WILL OPEN ON
THURSDAY, October 23rd AT 7:00PM.
Congress Park Parents will use Google Appointment scheduler and should look for an email with links on Thursday, October 23rd at 7:00 PM.
At all other schools, Parents can access the conference sign-ups through the district PowerSchool Parent Portal. If you have used PowerPTC in the past and are familiar with the process,
Login to PowerSchool
Then click on the applications icon located in the top right-hand corner of the home screen
Then choose PowerPTC to get started.

Times will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The sign-up system will remain open until November 2nd at 11:59 AM. Please note: As in years past, Specials teachers and Interventionists will not be listed in the sign-up system. If a family would like to have a conference with either a Specials teacher or an Interventionist, they can individually contact any of their child’s teachers to set up a virtual meeting, meet with them in person, or speak with them over the phone. K-5 Dual Language students will be meeting with both teachers even though PowerPTC shows only one teacher at sign-up.
The Family Liaisons will be offering Parent-Teacher Conference Registration Support for all families on Thursday, October 30th.
Morning session: Congress Park | 9:00–10:30 a.m.
Evening session: Welcome Center | 6:00–7:30 p.m.
