Amita Health will be hosting a walk-in clinic on Wed., August 18 from 1 p.m. - 4:30 p.m., at Park Junior High in the North Gym. 333 N Park Rd. La Grange Park, IL, 60526. They will be conducting school/sports physicals for any students who would like to sign up. The cost is $25 in person.
