Each Building Principal and the Superintendent hosted a Coffee with the Principal/Superintendent, where they shared building-specific goals focused on academics, climate, and student opportunities.
These goals were developed collaboratively in each school by teacher leaders and building administrators after reviewing academic data, climate data, and results from the 5Essentials survey.
The Superintendent also shared school-specific information about the referendum-related construction projects planned for the next two years.
