Last Day: 8th Graders will end the school year on June 7th at 11:30am (half day).  7th graders have a full day on June 7th and a half day on June 8th.

Graduation Ceremonies: We will be holding two Graduation ceremonies on June 7th, in the Park Junior High Auditorium.  The first will be at 6pm and the second will be at 7:30pm.  Students will be grouped by Advisory.  Siblings will be assigned to the same Graduation time. Advisory groupings and times will be communicated in April.

Diploma Names/Payment: Please click  https://store.dist102.k12.il.us#!/products/SR43R3CTAYto pay the Graduation Fee in Pushcoin, and to enter your student’s desired Diploma/Grad Program name. Please be sure to check the spelling and include any hyphens, apostrophes, etc. The deadline for name requests is March 20th. After that, we will use the full name that appears in Powerschool.  

Graduation Tickets: Each graduate will receive tickets for 3 guests. Students will receive their tickets June 7th, after their last graduation practice.  The Graduation Ceremony will also be live  streamed by LTTV.

Graduation Gowns and Medals:  Medals and disposable gowns have been purchased from Mahoney’s Graduation Services. They will be distributed during Advisory, in May. Graduates are to wear their gowns and medals to the Graduation ceremony. They do not wear caps.

Graduation Pictures: Van Gogh Photographers will be here Tuesday, April 11th, during the school day, to take posed graduation pictures.  They will provide gowns to use for the pictures.  Each student will take one picture in a gown and one picture without a gown. Photo order information will be sent home closer to the date.  There is NO retake day. 

Photos at the Graduation Ceremony:   We have made arrangements with GRAD IMAGES to have a professional photographer take a picture of every graduate when they receive a diploma.   Your photographs will be available online for viewing and purchase at www.gradimages.com.  You will receive an email from Grad Images when they are ready to be viewed. Parents are encouraged to relax in their seats and limit their personal picture taking to before and after the ceremony.  We feel you will be pleased with this arrangement.
