Welcome to a New School Year!

We are excited to introduce a brand new event for all students: Move in Day at Park Junior High. This important event is designed to help students feel prepared and confident as they begin the school year. Attendance is expected.

Students will sign up for a 15-minute time slot on Tuesday, August 12, between 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

While each time slot is 15 minutes, students are welcome to stay longer to ensure they feel comfortable with their schedule and can locate all necessary areas.

Register by Friday, August 8.

During Move-In Day, students will have the opportunity to:

  • Walk through their class schedule independently

    • Schedules will be available in PowerSchool prior to August 12th

    • Please bring a printed copy or take a screenshot.

  • Pick up supply boxes (if purchased through the PTC)

  • Set up and organize their hallway locker (locks are provided)

  • Join the Parent-Teacher Council (PTC)

  • Receive PE uniforms (..to be stored in hallway lockers until PE begins)

  • Get some Park Junior High swag  (While supplies last!!)

  • Pick up their Chromebook

  • Take their school and student ID photo

Please note: All students must be accompanied by an adult.

New Families: Be sure to stop by the Welcome Center near the main office to meet your family liaisons, pick up your welcome packet, and learn more about the school community and available resources.

We look forward to seeing you on Tuesday, August 12th, and kicking off a fantastic year together!
