The Service Club would like to thank all those who contributed to the Thanksgiving Food Drive and making it a huge success and helped families that were identified as 'In-need' for Thanksgiving.
We are truly thankful to everyone who donated food, cash, brought in bags of groceries, and encouraged their students to help with this cause. We also had a number of gift cards for families to buy turkeys and whatever else they needed.
A special shout out to student, David Figueroa, who went to his family and surrounding neighbors to help promote donations toward the food drive and raised over $200.00 in cash for families in need.
Community Support Services asked for 30 bags of groceries and we almost DOUBLED the requested amount with bags that were filled to the brim with Thanksgiving bounties!
Your kindness will warm many hearts and bellies this Thanksgiving.
