Over the past few months the LaGrange District 102 Board of Education has begun the search process for a new superintendent. SCHOOL EXEC CONNECT, an educational search firm, has assisted us in this process by conducting surveys and open forms throughout the District.
Findings from the survey through the open forums, and several focus group conversations were used to develop a New Superintendent Profile, which was reported to the Board of Education on November 30.

The profile will be used as a guide through the search for a new superintendent candidate. As we move forward, our most important consideration is securing the strongest candidate pool and ultimately the best person to lead our great District. To that end, the Board of Education has decided to conduct a confidential search and only the final candidate’s name will be announced publicly.
